Data transfer
From an old to a new iPhone or iPad, and from an Android phone to an iPhone: contacts, photos, messages, apps and settings. The old phone stays untouched until you have checked that everything has transferred.
Data backup from a working device
A complete backup to your computer, an external drive or iCloud - before a repair, a sale or a phone upgrade, or when your iCloud storage is full.
Data backup from a broken device
The phone does not work, but you need your data. We get it working just enough to recover the data. Prices start from 8,000 RSD if the fault is with the screen or battery. For other faults, we confirm the price after free diagnostics.
Account password reset
A forgotten password for an Apple Account (iCloud), Google or Yahoo account. We help the owner regain access to their account through the official procedure.

Kosovska 28, Stari Grad, Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00. Can't make it? Call us to book iPickUp and we will arrange the pickup.

In most cases, we can run diagnostics on the spot and tell you how much the repair will cost. We do nothing without your approval.

Every part we replace comes with a 6-month warranty. If we don't fix the fault, you pay nothing.
FAQ
I forgot my passcode. Can you unlock the phone?
A locked phone can only be used again by erasing it and setting it up again with the owner's Apple Account. The passcode cannot be bypassed, and any data without a backup will be lost.
Will I lose my data?
If the problem can be solved without erasing, that is what we do. If restoring the system is the only solution, we ask you first. That is why it is good to have a backup on iCloud or a computer.
Can you transfer the data to a new phone?
Yes. We transfer contacts, photos, messages and other data from the old to the new device - more on the data transfer page.
Are diagnostics free?
Yes. The inspection and diagnostics are free. If we cannot repair the device or solve the problem, we do not charge for the service.
Do you need my passcode?
Not for a screen or battery replacement. For camera replacement or logic board repair, we usually need it to test all the device’s functions. You can still choose to test those functions yourself at our repair shop, although this may take longer.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty lasts 6 months and covers a fault or failure of the fitted part. It does not cover physical damage after the repair, such as a knock, a drop or liquid damage.
Can I send the device instead of coming in?
Yes. With iPickUp we collect the device from your address and bring it back repaired. The service costs 1,500 RSD and is available in the Belgrade area. Call us to book it.
When are you open?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. You will find us at Kosovska 28, in Stari Grad.
