The most common causes
- Charger and cable. Damaged accessories or an underpowered charger are the most common cause. So first try another cable and charger.
- Port. A dirty or damaged port does not make good contact.
- Battery. A worn-out battery charges slowly or stops charging.
- Software or electronics. Sometimes the cause is a system error, and sometimes the charging circuit on the logic board.

FAQ
Is the problem with the cable or the iPad?
Try another cable and charger that work. If the iPad still does not charge, the fault is in the device: usually in the port, less often in the battery or the electronics.
Why does the iPad charge slowly?
The iPad has a large battery and needs a more powerful charger than a phone. If it charges slowly even with the right charger, the cause is usually the port or a worn-out battery.
Are diagnostics free?
Yes. The inspection and diagnostics are free. If we cannot repair the device or solve the problem, we do not charge for the service.
Will I lose my data?
No. Our repairs do not require erasing the device. Photos, apps, documents and settings stay where they were.
Do you need my passcode?
Not for a screen or battery replacement. For camera replacement or logic board repair, we usually need it to test all the device’s functions. You can still choose to test those functions yourself at our repair shop, although this may take longer.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty lasts 6 months and covers a fault or failure of the fitted part. It does not cover physical damage after the repair, such as a knock, a drop or liquid damage.
Can I send the device instead of coming in?
Yes. With iPickUp we collect the device from your address and bring it back repaired. The service costs 1,500 RSD and is available in the Belgrade area. Call us to book it.
When are you open?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. You will find us at Kosovska 28, in Stari Grad.
