The data we ask you for and why we need it
We may ask for your personal data to provide our repair services, improve your experience on our website and deliver repaired devices as quickly as possible. This includes the data you give us in person at our repair shop, over the phone or in writing. It can also include data you give us indirectly, such as your IP address. We reserve the right to keep this data permanently, and undertake not to sell it or pass it on to third parties.
Data from your phone
If data needs to be restored to your phone after the service (if you were explicitly told beforehand that this is possible), we will delete your backup immediately afterward and will not keep it. This is how we protect your privacy. We therefore disclaim responsibility for restoring the backup later, as the data will no longer be on our servers.
Advertising
We may use your data, such as your email address and/or phone number, in our marketing activities to promote new services/products. We hereby inform you that by providing your data, directly or indirectly, you automatically confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this privacy policy.
Cookies and Google Analytics
To understand which pages visitors read and how to improve the website, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics is turned on only when you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you click “No, thanks”, analytics are not enabled and we do not place any analytics cookies on your device.
When you consent to analytics, Google Analytics places cookies (_ga and _ga_…) and records, for example: which pages you visit and how long you stay, which page or search brought you to the site, the type of device and browser, your approximate location (city and country) and clicks on buttons for calls, Viber, SMS, inquiries and maps. We do not use analytics to collect your name, phone number or email address, advertise to you or identify individual visitors. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
Website visit data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Google may also process the data outside Serbia, in line with its privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time: change your cookie preferences. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of analytics on all websites with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Changes to this policy
iPhone Srbija reserves the right to change this privacy policy, in part or in full, at its discretion. For that reason we ask you to check this section regularly, because by providing your data directly or indirectly you have automatically accepted this privacy policy.
