How to get your device to us
The quickest way is to bring the device to us. If parking in the center is a problem, we can come out and collect it. We also have the iPickUp service, which sends our courier to you. If you are not in Belgrade, use a courier to send it from anywhere in Serbia. Choose what suits you best - diagnostics are free whichever option you choose, and we start the repair only with your approval.
1 · Kosovska 28 · 1st floor
Come to the shop
We are at Kosovska 28, on the street behind the National Assembly, opposite “Drinka Pavlović” school. We are open Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00.
- On the intercom, call “iPhone Servis”.
- First floor - straight up the stairs.
- In most cases, we can run diagnostics on the spot and tell you how much the repair will cost.
For a part replacement, call before you come so we can check that the part for your model is in stock.
2 · When there is no parking
Can't find parking? We'll come outside to collect your device.
Parking in the city center is often full. You do not need to circle the block - stop outside the building at Kosovska 28 and call us. We will come out to collect your device.
- Come to Kosovska 28, on the street behind the National Assembly, opposite “Drinka Pavlović” school.
- When you arrive, call +381 61 20 50 230.
- We come out in front of the building and collect the device.
- When the repair is done, we let you know, and you collect the device the same way.
We are open Mon-Fri 10:00-16:00. We are closed on weekends.
3 · Belgrade · 1,500 RSD
iPickUp - we collect your device
No time to come to the center? Our courier collects the device at an address that suits you, brings it to our repair shop and returns it to you after the repair. Pickup and return cost 1,500 RSD, whatever the type of repair.
- Book a pickup by phone, SMS or Viber on +381 61 20 50 230.
- The courier collects the device at the agreed address, anywhere in Belgrade.
- After free diagnostics, we explain the fault and tell you how much the repair will cost.
- We return the repaired device to the address you choose.
4 · From anywhere in Serbia
Not in Belgrade? Send the device by courier.
You can send the device with any courier service operating in Serbia - Post Express, BEX, D Express, AKS, City Express and others. For repairs worth more than 15,000 RSD we cover the courier costs.
- Call us before sending your device so we can arrange the repair and return delivery.
- Pack the device well, and put a note in the package with a description of the fault, your name and phone number.
- Send the package to our address.
- After diagnostics, we explain the fault and the repair cost. We start the repair only with your approval.
