When it is time for a new screen
You wear the watch on your wrist, so the screen gets damaged more often than you might think - a knock against the edge of a table or a door is enough.
Cracked glass
Even a small crack can spread over time, letting moisture and dust into the watch. It is better to replace the screen before the parts underneath are damaged too.
Spots, lines or flickering
After an impact, purple or black spots or colored lines may appear on the screen, or the image may flicker. These are signs of screen damage rather than a software problem.
Does not respond to touch
The watch does not register touch on one part of the screen, or it “clicks” by itself and opens apps.
No picture
The watch vibrates and the Digital Crown works, but the screen stays black. Diagnostics show whether the fault is in the screen or somewhere else.

FAQ
How long does an Apple Watch screen replacement take?
Usually 1-3 days. Call before you come so we can check that the screen for your model is in stock.
Is only the glass replaced or the whole screen?
On Apple Watch, the glass and display are joined into a single assembly, so we replace the whole screen even if only the glass is cracked.
Does the Apple Watch stay water resistant after a screen replacement?
After a screen replacement the Apple Watch is closed again and sealed with suitable adhesive, to restore protection against water and moisture as far as possible. However, since the device was opened during the repair, it is not possible to guarantee that it will keep exactly the same level of water resistance it had as a new device, which was assembled and tested by machine in the factory under controlled conditions. For that reason, after a screen replacement we do not recommend exposing the device to water, submerging it or using it for swimming.
The screen is lifting away from the case. Is the screen faulty?
Usually not - a swollen battery lifts the screen. Do not charge the watch. Bring it in as soon as possible. In that case we replace the battery, and the screen only if it is damaged too.
Are diagnostics free?
Yes. The inspection and diagnostics are free. If we cannot repair the device or solve the problem, we do not charge for the service.
Will I lose my data?
No. Our repairs do not require erasing the device. Photos, apps, documents and settings stay where they were.
Do you need my passcode?
Not for a screen or battery replacement. For camera replacement or logic board repair, we usually need it to test all the device’s functions. You can still choose to test those functions yourself at our repair shop, although this may take longer.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty lasts 6 months and covers a fault or failure of the fitted part. It does not cover physical damage after the repair, such as a knock, a drop or liquid damage.
Can I send the device instead of coming in?
Yes. With iPickUp we collect the device from your address and bring it back repaired. The service costs 1,500 RSD and is available in the Belgrade area. Call us to book it.
When are you open?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. You will find us at Kosovska 28, in Stari Grad.
