The price depends on what is faulty and how much work it takes to get the phone ready for a backup.
Faulty screen
The phone works, but nothing is visible or it does not respond to touch. Backup from 8,000 RSD.
Faulty battery
The phone will not turn on because the battery is completely worn out or swollen. Backup from 8,000 RSD.
Power
It does not charge or turn on because of a power fault. We tell you the price after free diagnostics.
Logic board
A phone damaged by liquid or another cause that shows no signs of life. This is the most complex case; we confirm the price after diagnostics.

FAQ
Can data be recovered from a phone that will not turn on?
Often yes, but not always. The data on an iPhone is encrypted and tied to the logic board of that phone, so it can be saved only if we get the phone to start up and unlock with your passcode. That is why we first run free diagnostics and give you a realistic assessment of the chances of recovery and the price.
Why is the phone passcode needed?
Without the unlock passcode the data cannot be read or transferred - that is how Apple protects the iPhone. You do not have to tell us the passcode. You can enter it yourself once we get the phone working.
What if you can't save the data?
As with all our services - if we don't solve the problem, we don't charge for the service.
Can the phone be repaired after the backup?
Usually yes. After the backup we tell you what a full repair costs, and you decide whether it is worth it.
Are diagnostics free?
Yes. The inspection and diagnostics are free. If we cannot repair the device or solve the problem, we do not charge for the service.
Will I lose my data?
No. Our repairs do not require erasing the device. Photos, apps, documents and settings stay where they were.
Do you need my passcode?
Not for a screen or battery replacement. For camera replacement or logic board repair, we usually need it to test all the device’s functions. You can still choose to test those functions yourself at our repair shop, although this may take longer.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty lasts 6 months and covers a fault or failure of the fitted part. It does not cover physical damage after the repair, such as a knock, a drop or liquid damage.
Can I send the device instead of coming in?
Yes. With iPickUp we collect the device from your address and bring it back repaired. The service costs 1,500 RSD and is available in the Belgrade area. Call us to book it.
When are you open?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. You will find us at Kosovska 28, in Stari Grad.
