iPhone 17e Screen Replacement

About the selected part
Genuine Apple Part - Removed from a New Device
A genuine Apple screen that was previously installed in another iPhone. In many cases, it is actually a brand-new screen removed from a new, unused phone that was dismantled and sold for parts. Therefore, the fact that the screen is labeled “Used” does not necessarily mean it has ever actually been used.
Apple iOS: Used
Since iOS 18, Apple explicitly displays Used on iPhone 15 and newer models when a genuine screen has previously been used or installed in another iPhone.

FAQ - iPhone 17e
How much does a screen replacement cost for the iPhone 17e?
A screen replacement for the iPhone 17e costs 45,000 RSD (Genuine Apple Part - Removed from a New Device). The price includes the part and installation.
How long does a screen replacement take on the iPhone 17e?
Usually 1-3 hours. Call before coming in so we can check whether the part for the iPhone 17e is in stock. This lets you drop off and collect the device without waiting for the part.
How can I check whether I have the iPhone 17e?
In Settings, under General › About, tap Model Number - a number starting with the letter A will appear. For the iPhone 17e it is A3575, A3635 or A3634. The iPhone 17e was released in 2026, with the A19 chip.
Is only the glass or the whole screen replaced on the iPhone 17e?
The whole screen. On the iPhone 17e the glass, touch layer and display are fused into one part at the factory, so they are replaced together. That is why the price covers the whole screen assembly, not just the glass.
What will the iPhone 17e show in Settings after a screen replacement?
In iOS 15.2 and later, iPhone records repairs in Settings › General › About › Parts and Service History. On the iPhone 17e, the Genuine Apple Part - Removed from a New Device option shows “Original Used”.
Does Face ID work after a screen replacement on the iPhone 17e?
Yes. The Face ID camera and sensors are not part of the screen; they stay in the top part of the phone, so they are not replaced with the screen. If Face ID worked before the repair, it works after it too.
Can I use the iPhone 17e with a cracked screen?
For a while, yes, but we don't recommend waiting long. The iPhone 17e has an OLED screen, and impact damage can spread over time: lines or dark spots can appear and grow, and the screen may start registering touches on its own. Dust and moisture can also enter through the cracks.
How long is the warranty on the screen for the iPhone 17e?
6 months for every screen option. The warranty covers defects or failure of the installed screen. It does not cover damage caused after the repair by impacts, drops or liquid exposure. This applies to all screen layers: if the glass remains intact after an impact but spots or lines appear, that is also impact damage.
