The Soft OLED - Used and Genuine Apple Part - Removed from a New Device options show “Original Used”. Despite the “Unknown Part” message, the phone works normally if the replacement screen is of good quality.

Yes. The Face ID camera and sensors are not part of the screen; they stay in the top part of the phone, so they are not replaced with the screen. If Face ID worked before the repair, it works after it too.

For a while, yes, but we don't recommend waiting long. The iPhone 13 Pro Max has an OLED screen, and impact damage can spread over time: lines or dark spots can appear and grow, and the screen may start registering touches on its own. Dust and moisture can also enter through the cracks.

6 months for every screen option. The warranty covers defects or failure of the installed screen. It does not cover damage caused after the repair by impacts, drops or liquid exposure. This applies to all screen layers: if the glass remains intact after an impact but spots or lines appear, that is also impact damage.
