iPhone 15 Pro Screen Replacement

In Settings, under General › About, tap Model Number - a number starting with the letter A will appear. For the iPhone 15 Pro it is A2848, A3101, A3104 or A3102. The iPhone 15 Pro was released in 2023, with the A17 Pro chip.

Usually 1-3 hours. Call before coming in so we can check whether the part for the iPhone 15 Pro is in stock. This lets you drop off and collect the device without waiting for the part.

The whole screen. On the iPhone 15 Pro the glass, touch layer and display are fused into one part at the factory, so they are replaced together. That is why the price covers the whole screen assembly, not just the glass.

In iOS 15.2 and later, iPhone records repairs in Settings › General › About › Parts and Service History. On the iPhone 15 Pro, the InCell LCD - High Quality, Soft OLED - High Quality and Genuine Apple Screen - Status Unknown options show “Unknown Part”. The Soft OLED - Used and Genuine Apple Part - Removed from a New Device options show “Original Used”. Despite the “Unknown Part” message, the phone works normally if the replacement screen is of good quality.

Yes. The Face ID camera and sensors are not part of the screen; they stay in the top part of the phone, so they are not replaced with the screen. If Face ID worked before the repair, it works after it too.

No. Both have a 6.1″ display, but the iPhone 15 Pro has ProMotion (120 Hz) and an Always-On display, while the iPhone 15 does not, so the parts are not interchangeable.

For a while, yes, but we don't recommend waiting long. The iPhone 15 Pro has an OLED screen, and impact damage can spread over time: lines or dark spots can appear and grow, and the screen may start registering touches on its own. Dust and moisture can also enter through the cracks.

6 months for every screen option. The warranty covers defects or failure of the installed screen. It does not cover damage caused after the repair by impacts, drops or liquid exposure. This applies to all screen layers: if the glass remains intact after an impact but spots or lines appear, that is also impact damage.
