The number starting with the letter A is printed in small text on the back, and you can also see it in Settings (General › About) when you tap Model Number. For the iPad Air it is A1474, A1475 or A1476. The iPad Air was released in 2013, with the A7 chip.

Yes. On the iPad Air, we can replace just the glass and touch layer (touch panel), leaving the display in place. This is an option when the image beneath the cracks is clear, with no spots or lines. On the iPad Air, the glass with the touch layer and the display are separate parts, so the display does not need to be replaced. Touch panel replacement for the iPad Air starts at 8,500 RSD. We check which part is damaged free of charge before the repair.

For a while, yes, but we don't recommend waiting long. Dust and moisture get in through the cracks, and sharp glass can cut your finger. On an LCD screen like the one on the iPad Air, bright patches or spots often appear after a knock, or part of the screen stops responding to touch.

6 months for every screen option. The warranty covers defects or failure of the installed screen. It does not cover damage caused after the repair by impacts, drops or liquid exposure. This applies to all screen layers: if the glass remains intact after an impact but spots or lines appear, that is also impact damage.
